Once you engage us for your server installation, you will be kept fully appraised of progress and the plan for the work. Our experts IT technicians work with you to ensure minimal disruption and downtime to your existing systems and business. This will include:
- Provision of a detailed project plan covering equipment supply, configuration, installation and after-care timings.
- Data migration – we will agree with you on what data needs to be migrated to your new computer system and conduct the same
- File structure – we will agree with you on the file structure, along with access arrangements for users, and implement the same
-  Ongoing communications – we will inform you when your equipment has arrived in our workshop when we have completed workshop configuration and agree on scheduled dates for the Computer Installation and/or Server Installation
Managing your Server Installation costs
We conduct as much work in our workshop as is practical prior to installation. This ensures there is minimal disruption to your business in the run-up to your installation. It’s also very efficient since we have access to all of the tools and equipment necessary for the configuration at our premises.
Once your Computer Installation and/or Server Installation is complete, we will come on-site to resolve any snagging issues with individual users. Once all is to your satisfaction we issue you with a ‘sign-off’ sheet which confirms you are happy that all work is completed. We do not consider the project complete until you have ‘signed-off’.
