Financial Controller

Financial Controller 

Located: Candidate choice of Ripon, Leeds, Gargrave

 

Fresh Mango Technologies is seeking a financial controller with the following responsibilities:

  • Protect the bottom line
  • Preparation of monthly management accounts to deadlines
  • Processing and issuing all regular monthly, quarterly and annual invoices
  • Processing and issuing all Project related invoices
  • Processing and issuing all ad hoc invoices
  • Handling invoice queries and issuing copy invoices as and when required
  • Daily banking and cash posting
  • Credit Control; Bad debt analysis and expediting
  • Supplier invoices – posting, payment and querying as necessary
  • Payroll
  • Payment of Suppliers
  • Daily Cashflow reporting
  • Daily bank reconciliation
  • Licence management and renewals

 

You must be able to demonstrate:

  • In-depth use and knowledge of QuickBooks Online or equivalent
  • Credit Control experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Working to deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great team player with an inquisitive nature

 

You must be IT literate and familiar with CRM system usage. You will need to become familiar with the products and services in our business, training will be provided as necessary.

Senior Technical Lead

We are seeking enthusiastic and enterprising individuals to fill our Senior Technical Lead / Technical Manager Designate vacancy. The successful candidate will have good communication skills (both verbally and written), be self-motivated and have excellent customer relationship skills both face-to-face and on the telephone.

 

Purpose of the role

To provide second and third-line technical support to customers and to manage the workloads of the IT support team, ensuring the highest level to our customers.

Main Responsibilities

· Assist clients and team members with 2nd and 3rd-line IT support matters, remotely and at their premises.

· Managing the workload of the technical team, ensuring all tickets are dealt with in accordance with their level of priority, thus ensuring customer satisfaction

· Ensuring all technicians fully document tickets with work performed and accurate time

· Accepting new Tickets; taking full and accurate customer information, accurate information concerning the issue.

· For Tickets you are unable to assist with, immediately raise them to the UK Technical Manager and/or Group Technical Manager

· Writing/Amending Standard Operating Procedures and training staff accordingly

· Performing workshop configuration, setup and repairs on equipment (laptops, Macs, PCs etc)

· Performing on-site installations

· Hardware problems Diagnosis, Replacement and Upgrades

· Configuration, installation and management of Microsoft servers and networks – LAN and WAN

· Configuration, installation and management of Network technologies including firewalls, routers, cabling and wireless

· Windows / Mac installations

· Malware & Virus Removal, Security Hardening

· Setting up and maintaining Cloud-based backup and email systems

· Assist when customers collect their equipment; conduct final check with the customer,

· Answering the telephone and responding to technical requests for support accordingly

· Consummate customer skills and team spirit.

· Team management skills – assertive but empathetic

· Ability to learn quickly on the job.

· Keenness to develop further IT skills and qualifications.

· Excellent telephone manners and customer service.

· CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+ or Server+ qualifications or equivalent experience preferred

· Preference will be given to candidates with experience working with Managed Service Provision arrangements

· 5 years + work experience in IT roles.

 

Salary commensurate with skill levels and experience. Role is eligible for inclusion in technical team Performance-related bonus scheme.
