Out-of-hours IT Support – UK or Caribbean

Our contracted IT Support customers (MSP or Retainer) have access to our online Ticket portal 24/7/365. 

 

From here you can raise a support request directly on our business management system. You can set the priority of the request as low, medium, high or critical. 

 

Once you submit the request, it immediately hits our system and every technician receives an email.

(NB if you choose ‘Critical’, everyone in the company (and we mean everyone!) receives an email and text message when you submit the support request. So we ask that ‘critical’ is only used in very severe circumstances, eg server and network down). 

 

If no UK technician is available, you may wish to seek support from our Caribbean office. Simply let them know you’re a UK customer and they will be pleased to assist. They can be contacted here.

 

If you believe out-of-hours IT support is something you or your company may require regularly, it can be added to your support contract for a small additional fee.
